Dissemination and sustanability


The dissemination strategy of the project will be divided in an internal and an external dissemination parts.

a) Internal Dissemination strategy:

 Dissemination within WB partner Institutions is an important issue and the teaching staff members from HEI and agency experts involved in the mobility to EU universities will have possibility to disseminate the academic knowledge and experiences acquired abroad to their colleagues at organized meetings and workshops. In order to inform the potential students of the project content and new curricula development, an Information day will be organized at the end of each academic year and relevant booklet will be published and distributed.

b) External Dissemination strategy:

The consortium members will develop specific actions directed towards future students and other HEI and stakeholders. Information about the project related to new curricula will be published on the project web site (in Serbian and English) in order to ensure a national and international communication.

To disseminate the results of the project, the following target groups will be invited to a several seminars: representatives of HEI in WB countries and other educational institutions, representatives of labour market agencies, building research institutes, institutes for material testing, agencies for environmental protection, potential students etc. and EU partner representatives, 

To complete the external dissemination, WB management staff together with 4 umbrella organizations will inform local media (newspapers, televisions, radios) in order to communicate project results.

To develop these strategies, the consortium members will organise the following activities:

• Dissemination through developed and maintained project web site;

• Dissemination seminars for the transfer of knowledge acquired.

The consortium members will regularly inform on project activities and outcomes the following groups:

• The bachelor degree holders and students of the last year at bachelor study programmes in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture and Technology and Mining;

The students of the new modernized study programme will be informed of job opportunities in local and regional labour market, possible training for the best students in the EU universities;

• The Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science and Environmental protection;

• The management staff of the HEI in WB countries.

The information will be made available through the production of specific documentation:

• Project brochure;

• Collections of curricula and course outlines;

• Developed and published textbooks;

There are the number of tangible effects and multiplier effects. The students will receive high quality study programme with the balanced theoretical and practical subjects. Students will gain professional experience, develop skills, explore the career field and contribute to the mission and goals of professional organizations and make the possible feedback to WB economy.   

The project is also targeted to the needs of job market in WB partner countries. 

The new curricula will be accredited by the university Senate, recognized and validated by the Ministry of education. The project will incorporate quality control on a continuous basis enabling further improvements, corrections and aligning to the modifications of European Higher Education area.

WB and EU partner universities will provide dedicated human and financial resources (premises, available equipment and staff) to maintain the project outcomes after the end of the Tempus financing. The financial sustainability will be also achieved because the state universities in WB countries receive financial support for accredited study programmes from Ministry of education.
